Headmaster PAOLO APRILE
Paolo Aprile was born in Calimera (LE) Italy on 06/05/1961.
He acquired a Law Degree at the Bari University and a Master in
Business Administration, plus a Specialisation Diploma in European Administrative Law. He worked at IBM Italy and as Lawyer at the Court of Justice of Lecce. He also worked as a Teacher in Law and Economics in the High Schools.
Since 2007 he is Headmaster and at the moment he leads the
I.P.S.E.O. “Aldo Moro” of Santa Cesarea Terme. Since 2017 he sits as the Italian Representative in the Executive Board of the European Association of Hotel and Tourism Schools A.E.H.T.
He holds an European Framework C2 Certification in English Language, a huge experience in the E.U. P.O.N. and Erasmus+ Projects and in International School Projects in co-operation with Brasil, Canada, China, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, French overseas territories and various European Countries.

Paolo Aprile è nato a Calimera (LE) il 06/05/1961.
Laureato in Giurisprudenza con perfezionamento in Diritto Amministrativo Comunitario e Master in Business Administration, ha lavorato in IBM Italia, ha svolto la professione di Avvocato presso il Foro di Lecce, è stato Docente di Diritto ed Economia.
Dal 2007 è Dirigente Scolastico, attualmente in forza all’I.P.S.E.O. “Aldo Moro” di Santa Cesarea Terme.
Possiede una certificazione linguistica in Inglese di livello C2 dell’European Framework. Rappresentante di tutti gli Istituti Alberghieri italiani in seno all’Associazione europea AEHT, è formatore di Docenti e Dirigenti ed ha al suo attivo numerose pubblicazioni sui temi del management e della legislazione scolastica.
Ha una vasta esperienza internazionale, avendo gestito iniziative a finanziamento comunitario come P.O.N. e progetti Erasmus+ ed avendo partecipato ad attività professionali in Brasile, Canada, Cina, Etiopia, Giappone, Giordania, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, USA, Vietnam, Turchia, Territori d’Oltremare francesi e Paesi dell’Unione Europea.
