Istituto Francesco Datini di Prato
L’Istituto “Francesco Datini” di Prato, Professionale Alberghiero e Tecnico Agrario, è da sempre attento alle trasformazioni della società, e segue le nuove esigenze della realtà produttiva e sociale.
E’ promotore di progetti nazionali ed internazionali; aderisce ai progetti Erasmus plus e mantiene rapporti di collaborazione con paesi europei ed extraeuropei come Cina e Vietnam.
L’Istituto si propone per questo di introdurre tutte le innovazioni opportune per le metodologie didattiche, i percorsi formativi, le strutture, gli strumenti. L’Istituto ha da sempre realizzato forti investimenti per l’aggiornamento del personale e per l’introduzione delle nuove tecnologie informatiche e multimediali, con laboratori professionali e multimediali.
E’ stata realizzata una rete wi-fi all’interno della scuola, per l’utilizzo delle più recenti risorse didattiche.
I percorsi di studio sono integrati e arricchiti da profili triennali con qualifica Europea di 2° Livello, I. e F.P. (Istruzione e Formazione Professionale) , in collaborazione con la Regione Toscana.
Agli studenti si offrono attività di supporto e di accompagnamento , come l’orientamento, di “extra-scuola” e alternanza “scuola-lavoro”, in collaborazione con le forze sociali ed economico-produttive della provincia pratese.

Hotel Professional – Agricultural Technician
Francesco Datini Institute of Prato
“Francesco Datini” Hotel & Catering Vocational and Agricultural Institute has always focused the attention on social changes and on pursuing new goals demanded by the social and working sector.
Datini Institute promotes, fosters and supports national and international projects for the in Education (i.e. Erasmus Plus) and it frequently establishes good relationships with European or Extra European Project partners (i.e. China and Vietnam).
Datini Institute is also extremely interested in providing suitable and innovative resources for teaching, training, as well as for the appliances and services, in order to give a great opportunity to teachers and officers to work in Multimedia Labs, PC rooms and in professional/ technical areas. The school has been recently enriched by a wi-fi network system which allows teachers and students to work and do research online.
During the 5-year study schedule, students follow a professional path too, a Second Level Vocational Qualification in work-based learning, operating with Tuscan Region Council.
Students are given help and support resources in particular at the moment of choosing following study schedules, or when starting the internship at local companies and social associations.

L’Istituto “Francesco Datini” di Prato, Professionnel Hôtellier et Technique Agraire, est depuis toujours attentif aux transformations de la société, et suit les nouvelles exigences de la realité productive et sociale. Il est promoteur de projets nationaux et internationaux; il adhère aux projets Erasmus Plus et il maintient des rapports de collaboration avec des pays européens et extra-européens comme la Chine et le Vietnam.
L’Istituto a donc décidé d’introduire toutes les innovations nécessaires pour les méthodologies didactiques, les parcours de formation, les structures, les outils. L’Istituto a toujours réalisé de grands investissements pour la mise à jour du personnel et pour l’introduction des nouvelles technologies informatiques et multimédias, avec des laboratoires professionnels et multimédias. Un réseau wi-fi a été réalisé à l’intérieur de l’école, pour pouvoir utiliser les plus récentes ressources didactiques.
Les parcours d’études sont intégrés et enrichis avec des diplômes triennals pour un titre européen de 2ème niveau, I. e F.P. (Instruction et Formation Professionnelle), en collaboration avec la Région de la Toscane.
Nous offrons aux étudiants des activités de support et d’accompagnement, comme l’orientation professionnelle, de “extra-école” et d’alternance “école-travail”, en collaboration avec les forces sociales, économiques et productives de la province de Prato.

Die “Francesco Datini” Hotelfach- und Agrarschule in Prato hat seit je die gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen beachtet und den neuen Erfordernissen sowohl im wirtschaftlichen als auch im sozialen Bereich gefolgt. Die Datini Schule fördert nationale und internationale Projekte, nimmt an Erasmus Plus-Projekte Teil und arbeitet mit europäischen und extra-europäischen Ländern, wie China und Vietnam, mit.
Die Datini Schule setzt sich daher die Einführung aller nützlichen Erneuerungen für die Didaktik, die Bildungsmöglichkeiten, die Einrichtungen und die Mittel als Ziel.
Die Datini Schule hat immer für die Fortbildung der Mitarbeiter und für die Einführung von informatischen und multimedialen Medien viel investiert, und dadurch sowohl berufliche als auch multimediale Labore eingerichtet.
Die Schule wurde mit dem W-LAN ausgestattet, damit alle neuen didaktischen Mittel benützt werden können.
Die Kurse sind durch eine 3-jährige Berufsbildung ergänzt und erweitert zum Erwerben von einer europäischen Qualifikation vom 2. Niveau (der sogenannten I. e F.P.) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Land Toskana. Den Schülern werden Unterstützung und Beratung angeboten. Insbesondere werden sie dabei eitergeholfen, den passenden Kurs auszuwählen und Praktikumsstellen in Zusammenarbeit mit sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Institutionen der Stadt Prato zu finden.
